Product name: Super Hydrophobic Fluorosilicone Material
Product popular name: High Temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber (HTV)
Product Model: GCF-2
Product description:
GCF-2 High Temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber (HTV) is a polymer polyorganosiloxane added with reinforcing fillers and various other additives. It uses organic peroxide as a vulcanizing agent and is molded under pressure (molding, extrusion, calendering) or Injection molding, and cross-chain molding at high temperature.

GCF-2 High Temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber (HTV) is safe and non-toxic, has high physiological safety, excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, mold release and electrical insulation properties. In terms of physical and mechanical properties, it has the advantages of good cracking resistance, water repellency, anti-flashover, tracking resistance and electrical corrosion resistance.
Application and Instructions:
GCF-2 high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV) is suitable for compression molding.
The vulcanization of GCF-2 high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV) is generally divided into two stages. The first stage is to complete the mixing. It can be molded and vulcanized in a metal mold under pressure. The pressure is about 50kg/cm2 and the temperature is 120. ~130℃, the time is 10~30 minutes. The second stage is to take the silicone rubber out of the mold, put it in an oven, and bake it at 200~250℃ for several hours to 24 hours to further vulcanize the silicone rubber. Organic peroxides decompose and volatilize.
Application areas:
Mainly used for composite insulators, anti-bird damage cover, high-voltage cable accessories (power cable joints and switch accessories), electrical connection components, etc.
